Skin and blister's home network

Both the LAN ports by the telly in the lounge (back of house and to the right as you look at it from the front door) are broken. They emerge at the patch panel on port 1 and port 2. LAN ports in lounge on left hand side of the house are ports 3 and 4 on patch panel. Both ports appear to be working.
